Because of Dr. Croskey’s dynamic leadership abilities and communication skills, she has been able to motivate others to achieve their professional and personal goals and aspirations. For example, Dr. Croskey has encouraged and assisted minority social workers in realizing their professional and personal goals of becoming licensed clinicians and entrepreneurs. Her vision for the community and belief in faith-based organizations and their role in the community has resulted in her being involved in her church with programs that further the spiritual and emotional development of our youth and the general community.
