Name: Wright family
Historical Note: Phillip Wright was raised in Miami Florida and graduated from Miami Northwestern Senior High School 1953. He went on to be a guitar player for the bands Afro Beats and Down Beats. He was the owner of Wright-One Income Tax Preparation and Notary Public Services (1978- 1999). Betty Wright, known for her hit song "No pain, No gain" was the first African American female from Miami Florida to have a certified Gold Record. Jeanette Wright was part of KC and the Sunshine Band and sang with Gloria Estefan, Regina Bell, and Enrique Inglesias.
